Shipping, Return, Taxes Policy
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All keychains & plushies are sold in the condition received from our manufacturers. Additionally, they are quality checked before being added to our inventory. Please do understand that minor manufacture defects such as microscopic marks and air bubbles are common and normal in PVC silicone keychain products and are hard to prevent. Please note that all Tato plushies are crafted by hand, so each one may look a little different.
All other products are produced after the order is placed. No exchanges or returns.
Shipping Time
Under normal circumstances, items will be shipped within 10 business days. Your order may be put on hold if items are not available at the time. The supplier will work to process your order as soon as the product is available again. The length of time it takes to arrive to destination depends on location.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply. The seller isn't responsible customs and import taxes that are charged. The seller isn't responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Information
Please ensure the correct shipping address is inputted at the time of purchase. It is not the seller's responsibility to confirm correct shipping address. The seller is unable to change the shipping address once the order has been submitted. Some products are fulfilled by third-party providers so we will not be able to re-send packages with incorrect addresses.
Lost Mail
In the event of lost, stolen, or misdelivered mail/package, the seller will not be responsible for the missing lettermail/package.
